Print Tax Forms
The Dubuque County Library District does not carry pre-printed tax forms. Patrons can print tax forms for 10¢ per page at any DCLD library branch.

Eligibility
- Households with no farm income, rental income, or business income
- Dubuque, Delaware, and Jackson County residents
- Individuals/families who generally make $67,000 or less
- Persons with disabilities
- Limited English-speaking taxpayers
Documents Needed
- Copy of Photo ID; required for all adults listed on the return.
- Copy of social security cards, including dependents.
- Copy of your most recent tax return filed.
- Wage and earning statement(s) from all employers, for each year you are filing. (Form W2, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-Misc, SSA 1099)
- Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of any refund.
