Print Tax Forms

The Dubuque County Library District does not carry pre-printed tax forms. Patrons can print tax forms for 10¢ per page at any DCLD library branch.

Eligibility

  • Households with no farm income, rental income, or business income
  • Dubuque, Delaware, and Jackson County residents
  • Individuals/families who generally make $67,000 or less
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Limited English-speaking taxpayers

Documents Needed

  • Copy of Photo ID; required for all adults listed on the return.
  • Copy of social security cards, including dependents.
  • Copy of your most recent tax return filed.
  • Wage and earning statement(s) from all employers, for each year you are filing. (Form W2, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-Misc, SSA 1099)
  • Bank account and routing numbers for direct deposit of any refund.
