This twice weekly class is taught by a certified Tai Chi instructor. Class is held Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. from October 6 to October 29. RSVP is required. Registration for the first class registers you for the entire series. Participants must be able to attend the majority of classes. It is recommended that participants have previous knowledge of the Core Movements for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.
