Farley Library and Community Center Project

The Dubuque County Library District is proud to offer library services and resources to Farley residents at our branch located inside the community’s Municipal Building.  DCLD is even more pleased to be a part of this growing city’s vision for the future – a vision that includes a new library and community center that would allow DCLD to triple our book collection & dramatically expand our service and program offerings.
