Come and stretch your body in the most relaxed way… from your chair! You’ll get a full body strength and stretching workout from head to toe every time in only 60 minutes! The class runs 4 weeks, from August 8th to August 29th. RSVP is Required. Registration for Week 1 counts for all 4 weeks of the class.
