Chair Yoga

Come and stretch your body in the most relaxed way…from your chair!  You’ll get a full body strength and stretching workout from head to toe every time in only 60 minutes! The class runs January 10th – January 31st.  RSVP for week 1 counts for all 4 weeks. RSVP is Required. This class is full.
