Tai Chi

(Ages 16+)  Register

Tai Chi originates from ancient China, and is now practiced throughout the world as an effective exercise for health. Tai Chi consists of slow, fluid, gentle movements. It can be practiced almost anywhere and is suitable for individuals at any fitness level.

This program will be in person, socially distanced but indoors in the Asbury program room.  Plan to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat athletic shoes (sneakers), and bring a water bottle and a towel.
