Tai Chi I
(Adults Ages 16+) Registration is required
Tai Chi is practiced throughout the world as an effective exercise for health. Tai Chi consists of slow, fluid, gentle movements. It can be practiced almost anywhere and is suitable for individuals at any fitness level. Learn the beginning series of movements over 4 weeks.
This program will be in person, socially distanced in the Asbury program room. Plan to wear loose comfortable clothing and flat athletic shoes (sneakers), and bring a water bottle and a towel.
