The City of Farley and the Dubuque County Library District have been working with architecture firm FEH Designs to hold public meetings in Farley about the potential for a new branch library in the city. Five public meetings and two design workshops were held over the last two months and several ideas for locations and designs have risen to the top in terms of attendee votes. The next piece of the project is a community survey. Those who live in and around Farley, have used or would use a Farley branch, or are interested in the library district’s locations should participate in the survey. The survey may be completed online or paper copies may be found at each library branch, the Farley Municipal Building and in other locations in Farley.
